Payment

Online payment by card

Payment of registration fees can be made online on our secure server by credit/debit card. Accepted cards are MasterCard and VISA.

  1. Log in to your user account.
  2. Open the "User Profile" menu (on the right side of the website page).
  3. Access the "Billing and payments" section and pay online.
Invoicing

It is essential to make the payment from the account or with the card related to the legal entity, so that the invoice can be issued in accordance with the payer.

Required billing information:

  • Legal entity name (as it appears on the proof of payment)
  • Fiscal code / registration number
  • Town
  • Name of the person for whom the registration was made
Your registration will only be validated when full payment is received.
Good to know
Platform only

Registration fees must be paid exclusively through the event platform. Cash and card payments are not accepted at the registration desk.

*Payments during the congress

For payments made during the congress, the event kit will not be provided if attendance has already been registered at the registration desk.

After 1 September 2027 TBA

The conditions for registrations made after 1 September 2027 and before the congress begins, as well as the services included in the participation fee, will be announced at a later date.

Congress dinner

Dinner

Participants will have the opportunity to register for the congress dinner.

Details regarding the date, location, fee, and registration method will be communicated later.

10 persons or more

Group registration

For group registrations (10 persons or more) please email your request to veni@logosconsult.eu to receive a template to be filled in with the participants' information.

Refunds

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, a refund is expected of:

  • 50% of the total amount for cancellations received by July 25, 2025
  • No reimbursement after July 26, 2025
Name changes

Substitutions

Each name change will be charged € 30.00 + 19% VAT.

After September 1st, no changes will be possible. No reimbursement for No Show.
